it's super important to keep exercising
when you're working remotely
as a way of keeping your head
balanced hey just before the video
starts i've written a little guide on

what to look for in a job a couple of
recommendations for platforms so you can
find one i think it's the best way to
live so if i can help more people do it

you exercise you get endorphins everyone
knows this when you're at home back in
your your home country it's slightly
easier to do this right because you
have everything right there you're
probably staying for three or four
months but even when you're in a place
like turkey where i am
the gym it's like 13 pounds a month and
there's no contract
you can even get day day passes they're
fairly cheap
uh
but if you're working remotely and
you're you're staying in each place
you're slow traveling you're staying a
month in each place
then
getting yourself a gym membership
can really
help you with your work keeps you
focused gets you out of the hostel
something productive to do builds your
body i see a lot of people when they
travel for a long time
because they think they're traveling
they're not exercising either
you could even learn calisthenics and
then you have absolutely no excuse
but
i don't know why more people when
they're traveling aren't trying to
exercise
i feel like when people are back home
most people are trying to exercise
but when you're traveling
people just let it slip
so if you are staying for a month
go and get a gym membership go two or
three times a week if you only want to
do a bit or go every day if you want to
be a big strong jacked man or woman
just don't let it slip you'll work
better if you work out
and it's a chance to meet locals the
gyms are always full of local people
have a chat with them
see what's going on get some good
friends in a place
extremely worth it
